Maternity Clothes For Sale!

I have posted 35 long sleeved maternity shirts on Craigslist today. Let me know if you're interested, or pass on the links below if you know of someone who is! And I'm sure this answers the question that everyone seems to ask us ALL THE TIME, "are we planning on having any more kids?" I think this posting pretty much sums it up!
I've also posted 18 summer maternity shirts and tanks in the links below.
And finally, I have also posted links to 24 pairs of jeans, dress pants, skirts, and shorts.
I better not find another shirt tucked away in a drawer or something. I can't believe I had this many maternity items. Although, I have a couple shirts in mind, that I dont' see on this list. CRAP...I better go search my closet again.

Operation Christmas Child

Every year, our church participates in a program called Operation Christmas Child. Basically, it's a program where you provide a box of items (for Christmas), for a child who might not otherwise recieve any gifts. Click HERE if you would like to read more about the program.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here's Charlie working on packing up his box of goodies. He chose a Boy, within the age of 5-9 to make a box for. He filled it with a small dinosaur puzzle, gum, a crazy 8s game, a Slinky, crayons, a Lightening McQueen notepad, hackysacks (that can double as juggling balls), playdough, and a couple small cars.
We wrapped the box up with wrapping paper....
And now it's ready to go!
He really seemed to enjoy it, but was sort of confused, and asked why "Santa doesn't go to everyone's house?" He didn't ask any more questions in regards to Santa....WHEW! I sort of dug myself into a hole when I explained it to him....forgetting that he's only 4, and doesn't understand the whole concept of poverty, charity, and subjects like that. Maybe we'll work on that a little bit. :)
Next year I think I'll have him and Rachel both do one. I think it's a pretty neat program!
Baptism Sunday
We had Lacey's Baptism yesterday. The dress looked wonderful! Isn't she cute? She got a little bummed out though when she'd get the tulle caught up in her hands and she couldn't suck her thumb. But other than that, it worked great! She spit up all over it....but now I know how to get that all out....so no worries here!
Charlie wanted to be up with us during the ceremony. Pat told him no, but Pastor Dave called him up there and said he could watch it all up close. He was doing well, until he sat down on the step and started yawning. Possibly a bit borning for him... :)
We chose Marshall and Karen to be Lacey's Godparents. Marshall's hair is a 'bit' long now. His goal is to donate it to Locks for Love. Cripes.... Well, at least he has goals. Heck, it's clean...I guess that's all that I care about!
We had everyone back at the house afterwards for lunch.....AND cake. Can't forget about the cake! YUM!
Now it's Monday again. Better pour another cup of java and get to it!
Baptism Dress
I pulled the dress out that Rachel wore for her Baptism last night, and I just about cried. It was covered in yellow stains! I'm assuming formula stains? Even though she hardley ever spit up...and I dont' even recall her spitting up on it. Anyway, I was so bummed because it's such a cute dress, and it looked awful! This picture doesn't even really show how bad it was. Lacey's Baptism is on Sunday.....the dress says, "handwash, no bleach." CRAP.
SO, I tried soaking it overnight in some Oxi Clean and some warm water. Then I ran it thru my "handwash" cycle of my washing machine, and it all came out! It looks brand new again! WHEW! Can't wait to see my little girl wear it!
So, now I want to dig thru all the baby clothes and pick out ones with formula stains on them. I know how to get them out now! I thought they were all doomed....but thanks to Billy Mays and his wonderful Oxi Clean, we're good to go! :)
Giggles!
Lacey laughs! I wasn't aware that I can't rotate videos...and I had my camera on the landscape option....so it's sideways here. Oh well, you can still hear her giggle! Oh crap...now she's crying. Gotta go! Enjoy!
Mom, this is a video...click the play button. :)
Girls Weekend!
Pat and Charlie have been hunting since Friday, and the girls and I have been busy busy! Friday evening, we headed to my parents house for game night with them, and my brother Marshall and his wife Karen. Here's my Mom giving Lacey some lovins!
Not sure what my Dad kept saying to Rachel, but she thought it was funny. She sure loves her Papa!
Saturday, the weather was BEAUTIFUL!!! While Rachel napped, Lacey and I went outside and cut back some perennials and raked leaves. She was happy as can be to just sit back in her stroller and watch. :)
Nappy Napperton finally woke up and came outside to join us. She is getting real good at pedaling her trike! Ohhhh...the concentration!
After Church today, we headed to my brother Mitch's house to visit their new baby Evelyn, who was born on 11/4. What a sweetie she is! Ben is all geared up here because he had to leave for hockey practice.
A friend of my sister Bonny's, is super duper crafty, and made this outfit for Rachel. It's absolutely adorable! I wish I got a better picture of her with it on, but she was ON THE MOVE today and wouldn't sit still long enough for me! This gal makes them for her daughter Josie (who, by the way, is the cutest little girl on the planet....next to my girls.) :) Anyways, she makes them for her daughter and Bonny thought that Rachel would look cute with one of those little outfits on...and she's right! Thank you Nicole! I love it!
Here's my brother Mitch and his little girls, Eleanor and Evelyn! (Notice the sling on the left arm...Mitch broke his collarbone playing hockey the day before Nancy's due date! OUCH!)
My parents have 8 grandkids now. 4 boys and 4 girls! Here's the 4 girls! Ellie (3), Evelyn (4 days) , Lacey (11 weeks), and Rachel (2).
I shampooed the living room carpet last night, and now have got all my furniture back to where it belongs.....I think. I never can seem to get it "just right". Mr TV will fine tune the couch angle when he gets home, I'm sure. They were successful on opening morning and their party got 4 big bucks! Left to right, this is our niece Haley, my brother in law Jason, Pat's brother Josh, and Pat.
Charlie is loving deer hunting! Soccer and TBall might not be his cup of tea, but he might become and outdoor sportsman like his Dad!
Not Lacey's idea of a good time
